Responsibilities
SEO Content Writer Intern will be responsible for optimizing content to increase organic traffic and SERP ranking.
Successful candidates will have the following qualifications
A clear understanding of basic SEO (if you do not know what a keyword and optimized anchor text are this isn't the right position for you)
3+ years of strong content writing experience
Exceptional research skills and ability to absorb complex topics and produce content targeted for podcast consumers
High attention to detail and a stickler for accurate grammar
Experience in writing blogs and website core pages
Capacity to produce between at least 1 to 2 articles per week
Able to devise and execute relevant solutions through analysis and problem-solving.
Collaborative team player with the ability to work independently and manage multiple projects/tasks
Preferred: A bachelor's degree in Journalism, English, Publishing or a similar field

About this Position
GSMC Podcast Network is seeking an experienced SEO Content Writer Intern. This is a remote Internship position that could turn into a full-time position with GSMC Podcast Network. SEO Content Writer Intern would report to our corporate headquarters based in Folsom, California. As an SEO Content Writer Intern, you will be part of a growing team dedicated to growing our website’s organic content rankings on Google and other search engines. We require SEO Content Writer Internship candidates to be highly adaptable to the changing landscape of the podcast industry and the changing world of SEO best practices and Google algorithm updates. Content Writer will write SEO articles about GSMC, the podcast industry and produce articles featuring their various ranking in the podcast world. These articles will be published on the GSMC Podcast Network website, sent out via the GSMC Podcast Network’s newsletter and several other websites and blogs.
