GSMC Podcast Network is seeking a qualified, dynamic, driven leader to join our new Advertising Sales Team. We are currently seeking a high-energy, multi-tasking Regional Advertising Sales Manager to join our Sales team at GSMC Podcast Network. The Regional Advertising Sales Manager is responsible for building, leading, and motivating our National sales team. This is a remote position. Regional Advertising Sales Manager would work from a home-based office and report to corporate headquarters based in Folsom, California.
One of the major responsible of the Regional Advertising Sales Manager is building and maintain a sales staff of 20 to 40 Advertising Sales Executives that will be selling national advertising spots on our Podcast Network and Video Streaming service. The Regional Advertising Sales Manager is expected to aggressively interview and recruit top Advertising Sales Executives to build his or her sales team.
This position comes with a lucrative commission and compensation package that really rewards success. The Regional Advertising Sales Manager is paid commission on the performance of his or her sales team. A successful Regional Advertising Sales Manager should expect to make $200,000.00 the first year and $255,000.00 by year two.

· Develop a new Sales Team hiring a minimum of 20 to 40 new sales reps in designated media markets where the majority of Podcast Revenue is generated
· Hire highly experienced sales people with strong podcast and digital audio content sales experience
· Have regular meetings with Ownership Group discussing sales goals, projections, and individual sales reps’ pipelines and activities
· Confirm and establish that sales reps have a strong relationship with advertising agencies and direct advertisers
· Hold weekly sales meetings, sales trainings, and one-on-one meetings with sales team conveying the GSMC values and differentiation of the GSMC podcast platform
