Sonny and Buddy, one of the first radio serials to be syndicated, is a 1930s show about two friends. The show is about two normal healthy American boys who sometimes get into trouble, sometimes get lost, but are always out there exploring and enjoying adventurous times. The boys, Sonny and Buddy, were played by real life brothers Jack and Sam Edwards. Mother Edna wrote the scripts and father Jack Sr. voiced most of the adult male roles.
