The Quiz Kid was a popular juvenile quiz show that went on-air during the 1940s and 1950s. Questions were asked by the quizmaster to the contestants consisted of five wonderful kids who were qualified on the basis of their academic interests, intelligence, and personality. Every week, only the top three scorers would remain in the show and the other two will be replaced. Should a remaining contestant turn 16, he or she will not be allowed to participate anymore. Winning contestants were awarded with $100 savings.The kids were extremely bright children and gave entertaining answers, thus making the show popular with adults and youngsters alike.
