JOB SUMMARY FOR APPOINTMENT SETTER:

The GSMC Podcast Network is an exciting group of Podcasts dedicated to providing our listeners with endless hours of enjoyment, covering podcast subjects from News, Sports, Relationships, Books, Religion, Music, Entertainment, Fantasy Football, Basketball, and more.
The GSMC Podcast Network is looking to fill the position of B2B Appointment Setter (Advertising) to work remotely and repot to our in Folsom CA. We are looking for an experienced Advertising or Appointment Setter Rep. with 3 to 5 years’ experience calling on Media Buyers at Corporate Media Departments and Advertising Agencies. Examples of clients the B2B Appointment Setter will be calling on are McDonalds, Geico Insurance, Disney Corporation, Napa Auto Parts, Mercedes-Benz, Draft Kings and a lot more. This is a very important sales position for our Podcast Network. The B2B Appointment Setter job duties entail calling on Media executives in an effort to set appointments for a Senior Sales Executive. This is primarily a telemarketing position in a business-to-business environment.
This is a pay for performance position, the B2B Appointment Setter will be paid commission for appointments that are converted into clients. In addition to the standard commission payout for appointments that are converted into clients the B2B Appointment Setter will also have the opportunity to earn 5% commission on first month revenue for appointments that are converted into clients.
The B2B Appointment Setter (Advertising) expected earning potential is around $150,000.00 per year.

Responsibilities

  • Cold calling / Outbound Calls; achieve average of 70 calls per day
  • Qualify leads
  • Provide exceptional customer service experience
  • Entering/Updating information into the computer system
  • Log notes into the system on a daily basis
  • Use approved sales format and collateral to promote the company

Successful candidates will have the following qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent education and experience.
  • Minimum of five plus years of Advertising experience, in Podcast, Television or Radio Advertising.
  • Proven track record in Advertising Sales.
  • Must have excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Proven track record of hitting Monthly Sales quotas.
  • Successful experience with translating business requirements into deliverables.
  • Able to devise and execute relevant solutions through analysis and problem-solving.
